Prepare an introductory Web page for your topic. This page will act as the home page for your site and will be frequently updated during the semester. The page should be installed in your public_html directory or your Tomcat ROOT directory (or both).

For the present you should meet the following specifications:

• You must include a minimum of 300 words of 'real' information on the page.
• You must write the page exclusively in HTML yourself.
• You must make your HTML clear and easily readable by users from the source button on their browser (as is the HTML of this page).
• You may not use FORMS or FRAMES.
• You must include at least two jpg pictures loaded from your own site.
• You must use at least three fonts, styles, sizes for your headings and general text.
• You must use colors for background and emphasis that are appropriate to your topic.
• You must include the postal address and contact information of your organization (fake of course).
• You must identify yourself as Webmaster (for real) and provide an e-mail option.
• You must include one active link to an external page that is the primary source of information about your topic.

Your project should be run on ocelot.aul.fiu.edu.
The project should be completed by September 8, 2009. You should submit a hard copy listing of your HTML program.
