Chengcui Zhang received her Ph.D. at School of Computer Science at Florida International University, Miami, Florida on May 2004. She also received her Master and Bachelor degrees at College of Computer Science in ZheJiang University, HangZhou, P. R. China, in March 1999 and July 1996.
