Run the violator query from the query manager: FIU_SCIS_ENG_PREREQ_FAILED
coreqs are listed. Check that the student is registered for the coreq.
Look for courses that were not passed in the previous term. If there is no
course, then the student has an override or an alternate.
Create a csv file.
If it is a mac file, run it through fixmac.pl.
If it is a windows file, run it through fixm.pl
Run the new file through prereq.awk. Edit prereq.awk with the email of who is sending the message.
awk -F, -f ~/bin/prereq.awk infile > outfile
Run the out file through send_mail.pl
After the output file looks good, rerun with send_mail.pl -s
