The Cobra Battalion bases their promotions on a strict policy that ensures cadets in leadership positions are academically are physically proficient. Cadets must also demonstrate adequate leadership potential. |

Every 9 weeks the Cobra Battalion
conducts a Retreat and Promotion Ceremony. Cadets receive their compensation
for a job well done in that 9 week period.
