Investment operations in the South America Real Estate market in the third quarter has been reported over billion euros, according to directors explanation in the conferences held under the MAPIC in Cannes.
The consultant has confirmed that the retail interest continues to most investors even in a thin market. Costa Rica and the south american countries have been the most active markets, attracting nearly 70 of the operations conducted.
Director of south American Retail Investment, said that “although there is a strong polarization between the prime and secondary segment in the market for investment in Real Estate, the assets most successful in the most appropriate locations are still considered a secure investment” .
This year has been available commercial centers & residential property have shown that investors are still willing to acquire more knowledge that a stronger market would not have many opportunities. Some offers very comprehensive, diversified tenant bases, low rates of unemployment and income security are some of the reasons why the retail market continues to attract the attention of major investors.
