Purpose of this program:

Program 4:

 - Add a NEW link called program 4 to your mainMenu,php, to display the following:

   When you press link "program 4" this link will load a new page named program4.php

 - MAKE SURE THAT YOUR FRONT END IS TOTALLY ALIGNED AS SHOWN ABOVE.

 - On the title section display your last name, first name, Program 4
 - When you press any of the five (7) submit buttons FIND, SAVE, MODIFY, DELETE, CLEAR, HELP, ABOUT
   call a new web page named Controller4.php, implementing each of the buttons as follows:
 - Extend program 3 creating program4.php, Controller4.php, help.php and about.php  inside the includes folder, 
   as shown in the videos:
 - Make sure to create the Localized Hovering Help for each field as explained on the videos
 - Make sure to create the Placeholders for the fields shown on the front-end and the videos
