Summary of CCC meeting on 9/6/12 at 1:30pm in EC2461
Present: Anthony McGoron (BME), Nagarajan Prabakar (CIS), Ronald Baier (CM), Malek Adjouadi (ECE), Herman Watson (ECE), Igor Tsukanov (MME)
The agenda was moved and approved by the committee.
The committee unanimously elected Nagarajan Prabakar as the chair for 2012-2013.
For each curriculum proposal submission, the following documents must be emailed to the chair as one zip file at least 24hrs prior to the meeting.
- Completed pdf curriculum proposal form
- Completed instructional check list form (for that proposal0
- Word/text document of the proposal (for course/catalog change, use two-column format with current version in the left column and the revised version with track changes in the right column)
Also, bring one printed copy of the above documents (the two-column document in color print) to the meeting and the curriculum form must be signed by the faculty contact and the chair person.
If there is any conflict between two academic units on a proposal, the conflict will be informed to representatives & chairs of the appropriate academic units (and the dean if necessary) to resolve the conflict within a stipulated time.
