The VisualCafe class provides the initial and primary interface used by Visual Cafe
 plug-ins.  Using this class a plug-in can obtain access to Visual Cafe projects,
 project files, source files, environment options, the clipboard, component library
 and more.
 Use the getVisualCafe() method to access the one-and-only instance of this class.
